Total Privacy 5.72c was recently released. Here are some of the changes and new features:

Fixed issue that prevented the shredder context menu from showing up in Windows Explorer.
Improved Disk Cleaner.
Improved Registry Cleaner.
Improved FireFox 3 detection and cleaning.
